Covid-19 Level 1 Response Curfew & Easing of Semi-Lockdown notice

Dear Residents,


We are pleased to inform you the Estate will move to level 1 on Saturday 16 May 2020.


Besides opening the Country Club, the Golf Club, Horizons Restaurant, Oasis Bistro, we are welcoming visitors into the Estate. Strict measures on entry and moving around the Estate;


  1. All visitors and residents must undergo temperature screening at the entry point;

  2. Residents must show their residents ID card to the security team at entry point;

  3. Visitors may be asked to complete health declaration when requested;

  4. Drivers and helpers to remain at their owner house and not mingle;

  5. Groups no larger than 4 allowed to congregate;

  6. Masks to worn when leaving the house;

  7. Maintain physical distancing at community areas of 6ft (pool, gym, country store, etc) as is currently in place to maintain;

  8. Reminder curfew is still in place 10pm-4am daily (as per government regulation until 18th June.


The Estate has the final rights to refuse entry to anyone who exhibits COVID-19 related syndromes or anyone who is deemed to be a risk to the Estate.


The Estate will continue to consult with medical experts to ensure we have suitable policies in placed to ensure the health and safety of our Residents so they can continue to enjoy the wonderful environment that makes the Estate unique.


Should you show any COVID-19 symptoms, the recommendations are;


  • Consult professional medical advice;

  • Self-isolation for a minimum period of 14 days. I.e. avoid contact with others;

  • Notify Pun Hlaing Estate management;

  • Maintain good personal hygiene including washing hands well and often.

All of the above are preventive measures, and the Estate’s preparation are intended to allow us to respond promptly and in a transparent manner, in the event of further escalation in the situation.
