Community Notification Reminder: Covid-19 Response - Level 2 Actions

Dear Residents,

We would like to announce the Estate is activating ‘Stay Home Plans’ following the MOHS announcement on Wednesday 6th July highlighting social distancing and to stay at home for multiple townships. As a result, the Estate implemented the following Level 2 Action Plan with effect from Saturday 10th July 2021 until further notice;

• All residents and staff need to be registered with the Estate office. If you have not yet done so, please register at our Customer Service desk located at Sales & Leasing office.

• Residents are recommended to stay at home and advised not to leave the house with minimal exception.

• Should you require to leave the estate, you should only do so for healthcare reasons for medical attention and or food supplies to purchase daily essentials.

• The estate will continue to execute essential services.

• Estate repair and maintenance services are suspended except for urgent matters.

• Estate Landscaping services will be postponed.

• Estate Housekeeping services will be postponed.

• Residents who order deliveries from suppliers must collect the items at the main gate while respecting social distancing measures at all times.

• All Construction (third party included) sites around the Estate have temporarily stopped operations.

Facilities

• The Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts and Gym will remain open under strict Social distancing protocols which must be adhered too.

• The Spa will be closed.

• All Estate events are postponed.

• The Golf Course will remain open for residents only and with limited services provided.

• The F&B outlets operations will be remained unchanged.

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ အိမ်ရာစီမံခန့်ခွဲရေးအဖွဲ့သည် ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့် အားကစားဝန်ကြီးဌာန၏၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ ၆ရက် (ဗုဒ္ဓဟူးနေ့) မှထုတ်ပြန်ထားသည့်မြို့နယ်များအတွင်း မိမိအိမ်တွင်သာ နေထိုင်ခြင်း (Stay at Home) အစီအစဉ်နှင့်အညီ အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အဆင့် ၂ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ ၁၀ရက် (စနေနေ့) မှစတင်၍ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

• အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းနေထိုင်သူများ၊ဝန်ထမ်းများအားလုံးအိမ်ရာဝန်ဆောင်မှုရုံး(အိမ်ရာအရောင်းနှင့်အဌားရုံးခန်းအနီး) တွင် အမည်စာရင်းပေးသွင်းရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

• အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းနေထိုင်သူများမိမိတို့အိမ်အတွင်းမှမလိုအပ်ပဲအပြင်ထွက်ခြင်းမပြုကြပါရန် အကြံပြုလိုပါသည်။

• အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းနေထိုင်သူများနေ့စဉ်အခြေခံလိုအပ်ချက်များအတွက်သာဖြတ်သန်းသွားလာကြရန်အကြံပြုလိုပါသည်။

• အိမ်ရာဝင်းကို အရေးပေါ် စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေးအဖွဲ့ဖြင့် အခြေခံဝန်ဆောင်မှုများဖြစ်သော - (စွန့်ပစ်ပစ္စည်း သိမ်းဆည်းမှု၊ လျှပ်စစ်ပေးဆောင်မှု၊ ရေပေး‌ဝေမှု၊ customer support၊ လုံခြုံရေး) အစရှိသည်တို့ကို ဆက်လက်လုပ်ဆောင်သွားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

• အိမ်တွင်းပြုပြင်ရေးလုပ်ငန်း (repair and maintenance) များကိုလည်းအရေးတကြီးဆောင်ရွက်ရန်လိုအပ်သည်များမှအပ ဆိုင်းငံ့ထားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

• အိမ်ရာတွင်းပန်းမန်အလှဆင်ထိန်းသိမ်းမှုလုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆိုင်းငံ့ထားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

• အိမ်သန့်ရှင်းရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆိုင်းငံ့ထားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

• ပြင်ပမှလာရောက်ပို့ဆောင်သောပစ္စည်းများ၊ ပါဆယ်များကိုလက်ခံယူဆောင်ရာတွင်လည်း အိမ်ရာ၏ ဂိတ်ဝ Main Gate သို့လာရောက်ယူဆောင်ရန်နှင့် နှာခေါင်းစည်းဝတ်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ သတ်မှတ်ထားသောအကွာအဝေးအတိုင်းလိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းပြုလုပ်ကြရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

• အိမ်ရာအတွင်းဆောက်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းခွင်များအားလုံးကို ယာယီ ရပ်ဆိုင်းထားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

အခြားဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ

• ရေကူးကန်၊ တင်းနစ်ကွင်းနှင့် Gym တို့ကို ဆက်လက်ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပြီးတစ်ဦးနှင့်တစ်ဦး ခပ်ခွာခွာနေထိုင်မှု လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများကို အထက်ဖော်ပြပါ အများသုံးနေရာများတွင် မဖြစ်မနေ လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

• Spa နှင့် Kids playroom ကိုပိတ်ထားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

• အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းရှိပွဲများအားလုံးကို ရွှေ့ဆိုင်းထားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

• ဂေါက်ကွင်းကိုအိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းနေထိုင်သူများအတွက်ဆက်လက်ဖွင့်လှစ်ပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်သော် လည်း ဝန်ဆောင်အချို့ကိုသာ ရရှိနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

• စားသောက်ဆိုင်များဆက်လက်ဝန်​ဆောင်မှုပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

‌လူကြီးမင်းအနေဖြင့် အကူအညီ တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ လိုအပ်ပါက ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းရှိ ဖုန်းလိုင်းဖြစ်သော ၁၄၆၁ သို့လည်းကောင်း ၀၉၉၅၅၄၀၀၉၁၁ သို့လည်းကောင်း ခေါ်ဆိုမှု ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

ဆေးဘက်ဆိုင်ရာ သတင်းအချက်အလက်များကို သိရှိလိုပါက ပန်းလှိုင်ဆေးရုံ၏ အရေးပေါ်ဖုန်းလိုင်းဖြစ်သော ၀၁ ၃၆၈၄၃၂၃ ကို ခေါ်ဆိုမှု ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
