COVID-19 Health Advisory Announcement - New Level Red

I’m sure most of you are aware that as of last night - 20th September - the Yangon Regional Government has heightened precaution measures related to COVID-19. In light of this latest development, we are moving our precaution measures to the highest CODE RED level.
With the guidance from the Government and our Covid Command Center, we have decided to take the following actions to better protect our community. This takes effect Tuesday, 22nd September, at 8:00 am.

Government directive to stay home
No visitors may enter the Estate. This includes club members who live outside of the Estate.
Only residents may move in and out of the estate for essential travel.
Access to household staff living outside the Estate such as helpers and care givers will not be allowed. Please make sure they are living in.
Drivers will not be allowed to enter the Estate. You will need to meet them at the main gate (we will continue the estate buggy service and you may also rent a buggy from the golf club)
Essential services such as pre-determined food suppliers, medical / clinical providers and pest control companies with essential services certificate will have access to the Estate.
Oasis menu will be reduced to a limited menu as take away and delivery options.
All construction sites will be closed from Thursday 24th September.
We will maintain basic estate management services such as waste collection, generator and security.
The Golf Course, Spa, tennis courts and kid’s playroom will be closed.
The Country Club, Gym (maximum 8 person) and swimming pool will remain opened.
Country Store will remain opened.
We will postpone all Estate events.
Crisis Command Centre will be set-up in the Estate Management office.

Our Estate employees will be reduced to a minimum service level and living in the estate. We will be providing them with food and lodging for the time being in order for us to continue to provide essential services within the Estate.
We will maintain a reduced level of housekeeping service, but residential landscaping services will stop as we will not have a sufficient amount of staff to run the service.
All persons’ household staff, company employees and residents are to follow strictly the precautions below:
Good hygiene practice – handwashing, hand sanitiser and safe coughing / sneezing should be made at all time.
Strict social distancing when possible
Have to follow 100% mandatory facemask wearing within the Estate when strict social distancing of 6 feet is not possible

We must stress that the there is no need to panic – our preparations are intended to allow us to respond promptly, in a transparent manner, in the event of further escalation in the situation.
