Dear Residents
Life is relatively normal within the gates of Pun Hlaing Estate and this only made possible by the community taking precautions for the best interest of all. Please take care when you are moving around the Estate and ensure you are wearing a mask and socially distancing yourself from others.
Here are further details on the ongoing COVID-19 precaution and actions we have in place in an effort to prevent a full lockdown of the Estate. The situation is rapidly evolving and we will be undertaking the following measures to limit access and reduce density in the Estate:
Please be informed that AK gate (gate next to condo G) and GCC gate (gate behind the Estate Management Office) will be closed temporarily from Wednesday (16 September) to better control the ability to contact trace.
Limiting group events and limiting gatherings.
Visitors at the main gate will have to scan a QR code for name and contact number registration which will help us to contact trace for entry of each facilities in the estate (dedicated QR codes will be allocated at the entrance of Country Club, Club Lounge, Sales and Leasing Gallery, Restaurants, Country Store and Hotel.)
We would like to remind residents that, as one of the preventive measures, the Management encourages all owner-occupiers and tenants to update the family registration by 30th September, 2020. Please refer to the attached file at the end of this announcement; the following information is mandatory and we will be issuing resident ID cards:
Your basic family information as previously requested (if you have already provided the information – thank you.)
Passport size photo (white background) – simple phone photo is sufficient.
Please make sure your driver, helper and nanny are registered as well under your household.
Please also note that owners need to inform the Estate Management office / customer service office when a new tenant moves in. The new tenant / resident will be required to fill in a health & travel declaration form before proceeding to occupy the unit. Pun Hlaing Management is working hard to minimise the risk of infection within the Estate. We seek your understanding and look forward to your cooperation.

လေးစားအပ်ပါသော ပန်းလှိုင်ဂေါက်ကွင်းအိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းနေထိုင်သူများအားလုံး မင်္ဂလာပါ။
ပန်းလှိုင်ဂေါက်ကွင်းအိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းမှာတော့ နေ့စဥ်လှုပ်ရှားသွားလာမှုတွေက ပုံမှန်အတိုင်းပဲ ရှိလို့နေပါတယ်။ ယခုလိုမျိုးပုံမှန်အတိုင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နေနိုင်တာကလည်း အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းနေထိုင်သူများက ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်မှုများကို အကောင်းဆုံးလိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့လို့ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လူကြီးမင်းတို့အနေနဲ့ အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းသွားလာတဲ့အခါမှာလည်း နှာခေါင်းစည်းများကို ဝတ်ဆင်ပြီး တဦးနှင့်တဦးခပ်ခွာခွာနေထိုင်ကြရင်း ဂရုတစိုက်နဲ့သွားလာကြဖို့ ထပ်မံအသိပေးပြောကြားလိုပါတယ်။
အိမ်ရာဝင်းကို Lockdown ပြုလုပ်ရခြင်းမှ အတတ်နိုင်ဆုံး ကာကွယ်နိုင်ရန် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အနေနှင့် COVID-19 နှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး မည်ကဲ့သို့သော ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်မှုများကို ဆက်လက်လုပ်ကိုင်ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမလဲဆိုတာကို ဖော်ပြပေးလိုပါတယ်။ လက်ရှိတွင် အခြေအနေများမှာ လျှင်မြန်စွာပြောင်းလဲလျက်ရှိပြီး ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အနေနှင့် အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းတွင် လူဦးရေသိပ်သည်းမှုကို လျော့ချရန်နှင့် ဝင်ထွက်သွားလာမှုများကို ကန့်သတ်ခြင်းများ လုပ်ဆောင်လျက်ရှိပါတယ်။
Condo G ဘေးမှ ဂိတ်ဖြစ်သော AK ဂိတ် နှင့် အိမ်ရာစီမံခန့်ခွဲရေးရုံး အနောက်ဘက်ရှိဂိတ်ဖြစ်သော GCC ဂိတ် များကို ၁၆ ရက် စက်တင်ဘာလ ဗုဒ္ဓဟူးနေ့မှစတင်၍ COVID-19 လူနာ (သို့မဟုတ်) သံသယလူနာနှင့် ထိတွေ့ခဲ့သူများရှိခဲ့ပါက ထောက်လှမ်းရှာဖွေခြင်း (contact tracing) များကို ထိရောက်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန် ယာယီပိတ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
လူအများစုဝေး၍ လုပ်ဆောင်ရသည့် ပွဲလမ်းသဘင်များ၊ စုဝေးခြင်းများကို ကန့်သတ်မှုပြုလုပ်သွားမည်။
အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းလာရောက်သောဧည့်သည်များအနေနှင့် ပင်မဂိတ်တွင် QR code ကို scan ဖတ်၍ အမည်နှင့်ဆက်သွယ်ရမည့်ဖုန်းနံပတ်များကို မှတ်ပုံတင်ခြင်းပြုလုပ်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထိုသို့လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်းဖြင့် အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းရှိမည်သည့်နေရာသို့သွားရောက်ခဲ့သည်ဆိုသည်ကို သိရှိနိုင်ပြီး ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သော ထောက်လှမ်းရှာဖွေမှု (Contact Tracing) ကို ပြုလုပ်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ (Country Club၊ နားနေဆောင်၊ အရောင်းနှင့်အငှားခန်းမ, စားသောက်ဆိုင်များ၊ Country Store နှင့် ဟိုတယ်များ၏ ဝင်ပေါက်များတွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ QR codes ပုံစံအသီးသီးကိုထားရှိသွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။)
ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်သည့် ဆောင်ရွက်မှုတစ်ခုအဖြစ် ပန်းလှိုင်ဂေါက်ကွင်းအိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းနေထိုင်သော အိမ်ပိုင်ရှင်များ၊ အိမ်ငှားများအနေဖြင့် ၂၀၂၀ စက်တင်ဘာလ ၃၀ ရက်နေ့ကို နောက်ဆုံးထား၍ လာရောက်မှတ်ပုံတင်ပေးကြပါရန် လေးစားစွာဖြင့် အသိပေးပြောကြားလိုပါသည်။ အသိပေးကြေညာစာအဆုံးတွင် ဖြည့်စွက်ရမည့်ပုံစံ ပါရှိပါသည်။ အောက်ဖော်ပြပါအချက်အလက်များသည် သက်သေခံကတ်ပြားကို ရရှိရန် မဖြစ်မနေလုပ်ဆောင်ရမည့်အချက်များဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ယခင်ကတောင်းဆိုထားသည့်အတိုင်း အခြေခံ မိသားစုအချက်အလက်များ ကိုဖြည့်သွင်းပေးရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ (ဖြည့်သွင်းပြီးသူများအားလုံးကို ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိပါသည်)
ပတ်စ်ပို့ဆိုဒ် ဓာတ်ပုံ (အဖြူရောက်နောက်ခံဖြင့်) ကိုပါတင်သွင်းရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ဖုန်းဖြင့်ရိုက်ထားသည့် ပုံဖြစ်လျှင်လည်း လက်ခံပေးပါသည်။
မိမိအိမ်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်လျက်ရှိသည့် ယာဥ်မောင်းများ၊ အိမ်အကူများ၊ ကလေးထိန်းများကိုပါ အိမ်ထောင်စုစာရင်းထဲသို့ထည့်သွင်းမှတ်ပုံတင်ပေးကြပါရန် အသိပေးလိုပါသည်။
အိမ်ပိုင်ရှင်များအနေဖြင့် အိမ်ငှားအသစ်လာရောက်နေထိုင်မှုရှိပါက Estate Management office (သို့မဟုတ်) Customer Service office သို့ အကြောင်းကြားပေးရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အိမ်ငှားအသစ်၊ နေထိုင်သူအသစ်အနေဖြင့်လည်း အိမ်အသစ်တွင်နေထိုင်ပြောင်းရွှေ့မှုမပြုလုပ်ခင် ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့်ခရီးသွားလာမှုမှတ်တမ်းဖောင်ကို ဖြည့်သွင်းပေးရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ ပန်းလှိုင်ဂေါက်ကွင်းအိမ်ရာဝင်းကို ဆက်လက်ပြီး စိတ်ချလုံခြုံစွာနေထိုင်နိုင်ရန် အတူတကွ နိုးနိုးကြားကြားနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု ပြုလုပ်ကြဖို့ ပြောကြားလိုပါတယ်။
လူကြီးမင်းအနေဖြင့် အကူအညီ တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ လိုအပ်ပါက အိမ်ရာစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုအဖွဲ့ အီးမေးလ်ကို ဆက်သွယ်စုံစမ်းမေးမြန်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။
