Community Notification: Partial Re-opening of Pun Hlaing Estate
Dear Residents
We wish to inform you on the latest updates with regards to the partial re-opening of Pun Hlaing Estate. With effect from 1st November, we will be moving out of Code Red and into a heighten version of Level Amber.
To maintain the safety of the Estate and reduce the chances of exposure to COVID-19 we need the whole community to work together and make sure that all persons under the responsibility of your household adhere to the guidelines. Moving forward we will be opening as follows:
Masks to be worn at all times when leaving the house
Maintain physical distancing in all common areas of the estate with a minimum distance of 6ft
Access will be granted to visitors and those who work in the estate
Contractors have access to the estate under strict MOHS and PHE guidelines
Residents must show their residents ID card to the security team at entry point
Visitors and employees will be asked to scan the QR code when entering the estate, for contact tracing purposes
Drivers and helpers may go in and out of the estate but are to remain at their household of employment while in the estate and under the responsibility of their employers
Oasis Restaurant will be open 1st November
Spa and Salon will open on the 3rd November
Kids playroom will open under strict guidelines
Country Club will be open and move back to normal terms and conditions for residents and members only
Note: PHE staff will continue to live in the estate until the 6th November while we test all staff and plan the team A and B work schedule
Note: Golf Course access
Due to the number of golfers over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays the golf course will be closed to non-golfers entering during this time.
During the weekdays of Monday-Friday, only PHE residents will have access to the golf course from hole 1-9 this will be from 04.30pm to allow for golfers to finish.
Note: Landscaping and Housekeeping Service
On the 9th November our estate employees will be moving to teams A & B staffing with a zoning working strategy to reduce density therefore landscaping and housekeeping will be done at 50% of the normal service starting from Monday (9th November 2020) onwards, until further notice.
We ask for patients with regards to your gardens as we will work as fast as possible to meet landscaping needs, for those who use the estate landscaping team.
The Estate has the final rights to refuse entry to anyone who exhibits COVID-19 related symptoms or anyone who is deemed to be a risk to the Estate.
The Estate will continue to consult with medical experts to ensure we have suitable policies in placed to ensure the health and safety of our Residents so they can continue to enjoy the wonderful environment that makes the Estate unique.

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အနေနှင့် ပန်းလှိုင်ဂေါက်ကွင်းအိမ်ရာအား တစ်စိတ်တစ်ပိုင်း ပြန်လည်ဖွင့်လှစ်မှုနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ အသိပေးပြောကြားလိုပါသည်။ နိုဝင်ဘာလ ၁ ရက်နေ့မှ စတင်၍ အနီရောင်အဆင့်မှ အထူးသတိပြုရန်လိုအပ်သော အဆင့်ဖြစ်သည့် ပယင်းရောင်အဆင့် သို့ ပြောင်းလဲသတ်မှတ်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
အိမ်ရာ၏လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် COVID-19 ကူးစက်ပြန့်ပွားမှုနှုန်းများ လျော့နည်းစေရန် အလို့ငှာ အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းနေထိုင်သူများအားလုံး ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသော စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းချက်များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ကြရန် တိုက်တွန်းမေတ္တာရပ်ခံအပ်လိုပါသည်။
ပြန်လည်ဖွင့်လှစ်မည့်နေရာများအား အောက်တွင်ဖော်ပြပေးထားပါသည်။
1. မည်သူမဆို အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းသွားလာပါက နှာခေါင်းစည်းကို ဝတ်ဆင်သွားလာရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
2. အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းနေထိုင်သူများအနေနှင့် တဦးနှင့်တဦး ၆ ပေအကွာတွင် ခပ်ခွာခွာနေရမည့် စည်းကမ်းကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
3. အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းသို့ ဧည့်သည်များနှင့် ဝန်ထမ်းများအား ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်ကိုပေးအပ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
4. ကန်ထရိုက်တာများအနေနှင့် ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနနှင့် ပန်းလှိုင်အိမ်ရာ၏ စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းများအတိုင်း တိကျစွာလိုက်နာ၍ အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်း ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်ကို ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
5. အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းနေထိုင်သူများအနေနှင့် နေထိုင်ကြောင်းမှတ်ပုံတင်ကဒ်ပြားကို ဝင်ပေါက်တွင် လုံခြုံရေးအဖွဲ့သို့ ပြ၍ ဝင်ရောက်ရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
6. ဧည့်သည်များနှင့် ဝန်ထမ်းများအနေဖြင့် အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းဝင်ရောက်ပါက ကောင်းမွန်သော ထောက်လှမ်းရှာဖွေမှုကို ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန် QR code scan ဖတ်ခြင်းကို ပြုလုပ်ရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
7. ယာဥ်မောင်းများနှင့် အိမ်အကူများအနေဖြင့် အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းသို့ ဝင်ရောက်သွားလာခွင့်ရှိသော်လည်း အလုပ်ရှင်အိမ်တွင်သာ နေထိုင်၍ အလုပ်ရှင်၏ တာဝန်သာဖြစ်ပါသည်။
8. Oasis စားသောက်ဆိုင်ကို နိုဝင်ဘာလ ၁ ရက်နေ့တွင် ပြန်လည်ဖွင့်လှစ်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။
9. Spa and Salon ကို နိုဝင်ဘာလ ၃ ရက်နေ့တွင် ပြန်လည်ဖွင့်လှစ်မည် ဖြစ်သည်။
10.Kids playroom ကျန်းမာရေး စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းများနှင့်အညီ ဖွင့်လှစ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
11.Country Club ကို ပုံမှန်စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းချက်များနှင့်အတိုင်း အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းနေထိုင်သူများနှင့် အဖွဲ့ဝင်များအတွက်သာ ပြန်လည်ဖွင့်လှစ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
မှတ်ချက် : ပန်းလှိုင်ဝန်ထမ်းများအနေနှင့် နိုဝင်ဘာလ ၆ ရက်နေ့အထိ အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းတွင် ဆက်လက်နေထိုင်ရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ထိုသို့နေထိုင်နေစဥ် ဝန်ထမ်းများအားလုံးကို ကျန်းမာရေးစစ်ဆေး၍ အဖွဲ့ A နှင့် အဖွဲ့ B အလုပ်အချိန်ဇယားအတိုင်း လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရန် ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

ပိတ်ရက်များဖြစ်သည့် စနေနေ့နှင့် တနင်္ဂနွေ၊ အများပြည်သူရုံးပိတ်ရက်များတွင် ဂေါက်ရိုက်သူများပြားသောကြောင့် ထိုအချိန်များတွင် ဂေါက်မရိုက်သောသူများအား ဂေါက်ကွင်းအတွင်းသို့ ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်ပြုမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
တနင်္လာနေ့ မှ သောကြာနေ့များတွင် ကျင်းပေါက် အမှတ် ၁ မှ ၉ အထိ ပန်းလှိုင်အိမ်ရာဝင်းအတွင်းနေထိုင်သူများကိုသာ ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်ပြုမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဂေါက်ရိုက်သမားများ ကစားချိန်ပြီးဆုံးသည့် ညနေ ၄:၃၀ နောက်ပိုင်းတွင်သာ ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်ကို ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
