Springtime interview with our new Spa Manager Suji Choi

Born in Busan South Korea, a destination known for its beaches, hot springs and nature reserves, it is only natural for Suji to embark on a career that centres on experiential travels, sports travels and wellness travels.

Here’s a short Q&A with Suji:

Q: What attracted you to the spa and wellness industry?

A: I love Spa treatments, so naturally I was drawn to everything Spa including the products and range.

Q: What is your first impression of Oasis Spa?

A: When I first entered the Spa, I felt I have just walked into a botanic garden: flowers, plants, creepers, waterfall and abundance use of wood. I was transported into a different space, that is tranquil and serene.

Q: What might be your favourite Spa products or massages?

A: I have two favourite - Hydro bath with Moya essential oils and massages that relieves body tension through the relaxation of the muscles! In particular, I find the botanical properties of Moya essential oils help increase the oxygen level in the body which in turn makes me feel more energised.

Q: Is there a limit to how many times we can get massages per week?

A: Definitely not! But as a general rule, you can have two super strong massages a week and combine that with other forms of milder massages.

Q: What advice would you give residents and members?

A: Definitely look forward to meeting all our residents and members! No two individual is the same so we would have to discuss the needs on a one-to-one basis.

Ready to relax? Come see Suji and her talented team of massage therapists.
