Congratulations to all members who joined this year events and to those who won prizes for their efforts or from the lucky draw. Conditions were tough with unexpected high winds and some PGA Tour standard pin positions to make Golfers think twice on their strategy in to the hole. However, these conditions were the same for everyone and the winners played some excellent Golf highlighting why they are both multiple club champions. Congratulations to Ma Su Su Hlaing for winning a 9th Championship & U Win Sein for winning a 4th Championship.

Fourth Annual Hangi - Save the date

Winter foods to stay warm
Sense of winter touches everyone in Yangon. It is a time of sweater. Winter is a season to spice up your foods. One can drink water boiled with turmeric, ginger or lemon to keep one’s immune system strong and thereby avoid common cold. It is also a special time for family soup dinner.
And not to forget a cup of hot chocolate. The cold weather can send you on a mood roller coaster that can lead to overeating due to stress. Try to balance your diet, include proteins as well as carbohydrates. This will help balance serotonin and prevent hunger pangs and mood swings.
