International Women's Day

Did you know that 49.58% of the world's population are women?

I do not think we can ignore the role of women in various aspects of our global environment.

Women can be mothers, housewives, good friends, and colleagues. By treating them with respect and good cooperation in our society, we can build a better world for our future. By creating more inclusive women in different roles, we can build a better and more prosperous nation. In the same way, creating a safer workplace for women and supporting women will make it a more successful enterprise.

ကမ္ဘာလူဦးရေ၏ (၄၉.၅၈) ရာခိုင်နှုန်းမှာ အမျိုးသ္မီးများဖြစ်နေတယ်ဆိုတာကို သင်သိပါသလား

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ရဲ့ ကမ္ဘာ့လူ့ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိ အခန်းကဏ္ဍအသီးသီးမှာ အမျိုးသမီးတွေ၏ ပါဝင်မှုတွေကို လျစ်လျူရှု့ချန်လှပ်ထားခဲ့လို့ ရမယ်မထင်ပါဘူး။

အမျိုးသမီးတွေသည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ရဲ့မိခင်တွေ၊ အိမ်ထောင်ရှင်မကောင်းတွေ၊ မိတ်ဆွေသူငယ်ချင်းကောင်းတွေနှင့် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ရဲ့လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်ကောင်းတွေ ဖြစ်ကြပါတယ်။ သူမတို့ကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ရဲ့ လူ့ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တွင် တလေးတစားဆက်ဆံပြီး ကောင်းမွန်စွာ လက်တွဲဖေးမခြင်းဖြင့် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ရဲ့ ကောင်းမွန်လှပတဲ့ အနာဂတ်ကမ္ဘာကို တည်ဆောက်နိုင်မှဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

In the workplace, women are just as capable as men, sometimes they will have better ideas and creativity. In addition, women naturally can recognize the good opportunities of the people around them and be able to collaborate on their ideas and work on issues successfully. According to KPMG’s Women's Study Report, 69 percent of women are willing to proactively ask to be involved in a project. 66 percent are willing to take on a project that is new to them.

တိုင်းပြည်အသီးသီးတွင်လည်း အမျိုးသမီးတွေကို ကဏ္ဍအသီးသီးတွင် ပါဝင်နိုင်အောင်ဖန်တီးပေးခြင်းအားဖြင့်ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်အောင်မြင်တိုးတက်သည့်နိုင်ငံတစ်ခုကိုတည်ထောင်နိုင်မှာလည်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ထို့အတူ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်းမှာလည်း အမျိုးသမီးများအတွက် လုံခြုံစိတ်ချရသည့် လုပ်ငန်းခွင်တစ်ခုအသွင်ဖန်တီးပေးပြီး အမျိုးသမီးများကို ထောက်ပံ့ကူညီခြင်းသည်လည်း ပိုမိုအောင်မြင်သည့်လုပ်ငန်းစုတစ်ခုအဖြစ် ရေရည်ရပ်တည်နိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်းမှာလည်း အမျိုးသမီးများသည် အမျိုးသားများနည်းတူ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်ရှိပြီး တစ်ခါတစ်ရံ ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သည့်အတွေးအခေါ်ကောင်းများနှင့်တီထွင်နိုင်သောစွမ်းရည်ကိုပိုင်ဆိုင်ထားသည်ကိုလည်းတွေ့မြင်နိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ထို့အပြင်အမျိုးသမီးများသည်မိမိတို့၏ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိလူများ၏ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့အခွင့်အလမ်းများကိုသိမြင်တတ်သည့်စွမ်းရည်ကိုသဘာ၀အလျောက်ပိုင်ဆိုင်ထားတတ်ကြပြီး၎င်းတို့၏အတွေးအမြင်နှင့်ပူးပေါင်းပြီး ကိစ္စရပ်များကို အောင်မြင်စွာလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်းလည်းရှိကြပါတယ်။

Today, women not only need to be involved in household work, but they also need to be able to use their excellent skills in their good environment. For women to be involved in all areas, our communities need to respect and support them. The support and assistance of men around them are also essential to get women involved in all walks of life. Only then will women have better confidence and the courage to participate in everything. Women should also have full confidence in their personalities and always strive to improve their performance in public and style.

ယနေ့ခေတ်တွင် အမျိုးသမီးများအနေနှင့် အိမ်တွင်းမှုပြုလုပ်နေခြင်းမှာဘဲ ပါဝင်ပတ်သက်ရမှာမဟုတ်ဘဲ မိမိတို့၏ ထူးချွန်ထက်မြတ်တဲ့ ကိုယ်ရည်ကိုယ်သွေးများကို ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ လူ့ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တွင် အကျိုးရှိစွာအသုံးချတတ်ဖို့လည်းလိုအပ်လာပြီ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ထိုသို့အမျိုးသမီးများ ကဏ္ဍအသီးသီးတွင်ပါဝင်နိုင်အောင်လည်း ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ရဲ့လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ အနေဖြင့် ၎င်းတို့ကို လေးစားတန်ဖိုးထားပြီး အထောက်အပံ့ကောင်းတွေပေးအပ်ဖို့လိုပါတယ်။

အမျိုးသမီးတွေကိုကဏ္ဍအသီးသီးမှာပါဝင်လာအောင်၎င်းတို့ရဲ့ပတ်၀န်းကျင်မှာရှိတဲ့အမျိုးသားတွေက အထောက်အပံ့ကောင်းတွေကူညီဖေးမမှုတွေပေးခြင်းသည်လည်း မရှိမဖြစ်လိုအပ်သည့် အကြောင်းအရာတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သို့မှသာလျှင် အမျိုးသမီးများတွင် ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ယုံကြည်မှုတွေရရှိလာပြီး ရဲဝံ့တက်ကြွစွာဖြင့် အရာရာတိုင်းမှာ ပါ၀င်လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ထို့အတူ အမျိုးသမီးများအနေနှင့်လည်း မိမိတို့၏ကိုယ်ရည်ကိုယ်သွေးကို အပြည့်အဝယုံကြည်မှုရှိပြီး သွက်လက်ထက်မြတ်စွာ အများနှင့် ရင်ဘောင်တန်းပြီး စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်တိုးတက်စေရန်အတွက် အမြဲကြိုးစားနေကြရမှဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

International Women's Day is celebrated annually on March 8, with a focus on women's empowerment and leadership. Acknowledging and encouraging them with respect and kindness is also a good thing for the world.

အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာအမျိုးသမီးများနေ့ကို နှစ်စဥ် မတ်လ (၈) ရက်နေ့တွင်ကျင်းပလေ့ရှိပြီး အမျိုးသမီးများ၏ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်း နှင့် ဦးဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်းတို့ကို အလေးပေးဖော်ပြလေ့ရှိပြီး အမျိုးသမီးများအား တန်းတူအခွင့်အရေးပေးဆက်ဆံခြင်း၊ ရိုသေလေးစားခြင်းနှင့် ဖေးမကူညီခြင်းအစရှိသဖြင့် ၎င်းတို့ကို အားပေးကူညီခြင်းသည်လည်း ကမ္ဘာကြီးအတွက်ကောင်းမွန်စွာလုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပေသည်။
